### Marvelous 3-bedroom townhome with AC in the heart of vibrant West Seattle.

Your home away from home in Seattle with 3 bedrooms. This adorable townhome features 2 queen beds and 1 full bed, perfect for families or groups. Guests enjoy a cool, comfortable space with heating and air conditioning to suit any season. Two bathrooms make getting ready a breeze, and thoughtful touches like electric heated flooring, an iron, and a hair dryer add comfort and convenience. Our home has dimmer switches for all lights so you can relax in the evening. Our back patio has a privacy fence, a gas grill, and a porch swing.   
  
Our home is located in the heart of the West Seattle neighborhood, walkable to shops, restaurants, and cafes. We are a block from several grocery stores, including Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, QFC, and Safeway.   
  
In town for sporting events or concerts? You will be a 15-minute bus ride from Lumen Stadium and T-Mobile Park! If you're looking for a more scenic route downtown without a car, there is a complimentary shuttle a block from our house that will take you to the pedestrian ferry!   
  
Alki Beach is less than 2 miles away, a vibrant beach community of restaurants, coffee shops, recreational watersports, and beach activities. There is a long walking trail spanning several miles along the water, where you can bike, run, or walk, offering views of the Olympic Mountains across the water and the beautiful city skyline.   
  
Whether relaxing indoors or exploring nearby, this quaint retreat offers a welcoming vibe. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our cozy urbantownhome.
