Inside of hotel and the rooms are in need of a serious update. There was duct tape holding down a piece of carpet and I walked over the same trash in the hallway the entire time of my stay.

Very friendly staff. Rooms are a little dated, but more than adequate and well equipped for a longer stay. Plenty of snacks and breakfast type food available. Room was clean, but some hallways could use a scrubbing and some areas would benefit from new flooring/ new carpets. Good location and good value for the money, would go back there.

Nice peoperty for the price. Super convenient. Staff waa friendly and overall experience was good. My only issue was that I didnt think about the hotel's proximity to the freeway. Not beung used to the traffic made it hard to fall asleep.

The place was very nice. People were great a little noise from the interstate and hot water could use an upgrade. Other than that was a nice stay. Love the home baked cookies at night and the fruit.

Nice hotel in an area with lots of green space around it. Inexpensive pet fees. Very comfortable but not large rooms with full kitchen.

Staff was super nice & friendly but the lobby and elevator stank of weed the whole time. Our sink stopped working one day, but they fixed it quickly.

It was an economical place to stay; nothing fancy to note. Did not have any soaps or toiletries in the room, nor extra bedding for hide-a-bed. Breakfast options were limited. Interesting smells emanating from room to room and floor to floor. Front desk was very kind and helpful.

The workers were very polite and helpful. The establishment is in need of upkeep. Everything worked but there was just obvious wear on much of the building interior. I was very satisfied with my stay and the price was great! I would recommend this with the caveat of the condition of the building interior.

I see a lot of reviews that say the property is dated etc. I guess it is, but it’s nothing extreme or terrible. The rooms are clean and the beds are nice. The TVs are new and have streaming services on them. There is free grab n go breakfast every morning and delicious fresh cookies every night. Every single one of the front desk staff was beyond nice and helpful. The area is a bit away from everything but the hotel shuttle will take you to the light rail station and pick you up during the shuttles operational hours. I’d definitely stay here again. It’s nice and quiet and safe. And the amenities make travel so much easier and stress free.

The room itself was okay- we were there for a dance competition. The hotel elevator, hallways and eventually your room starts smelling like weed. Panicked that our clothes smelled like it when we arrived at the competition. Mediocre breakfast. You can hear the neighbors through the walls.

We are pleasant with our stay at this place, everything specially the customer service was amazing. All personnel were very knowledgeable and kind. The shuttle was a plus. The only thing unpleasant was the inside of rooms. It is surprisingly outdated. Many stains in our carpet, the phone did not work, a new look will definitely help this place. Thank you

The staff are totally awesome. But the property itself is showing it’s age and that’s it hasn’t been upgraded for a long time. The area is industrial which is fine but you will need a car to get around. I felt safe at all times. Over all I would probably stay there again.

Front desk staff was great but severely understaffed. The property is very dated and in serious need of some updates to the room. Despite having the air running the room was very warm. Sofa bed used for the kids was terrible. Lights broken in the room. Key cards had issues working….etc.
