Stayed during off season so was quiet given I had no neighbors and outside was tame, though the windows bleed could be a problem if busy outside. I was surprised I could hear the link rail from underground through the bldg 9 floors up. I appreciate the larger reception area, restaurant was good, location was excellent given my interests.

Nicely renovated historic hotel. Very convenient to the convention center, shopping and dining. The homeless situation around the area is pretty bad. Parking is expensive.

A quaint boutique hotel. Friendly staff and decent amenities…even though the gym was small they had a full set of free weights and training bench as well as treadmills and elliptical as well as the mirror work out system. The restaurant attached to the hotel is very good - great food and drinks and has a late night menu as well. Also, the hotel as a breakfast coffee shop that opens very early so it’s easy to get a bite even at 6am. The hotel is located very near the light rail so easy to get to from airport as well as easy access to tons of shopping and sites such as a market and space needle.

The hotel as clean, nice and parking was very easy. Overall would rate hotel 9/10, restaurant and bar downstairs were nice and most things were walkable.

When did it become acceptable to charge a report fee to stay in a good but relatively basic downtown hotel? Ridiculous, especially when the hotel is no better than the surrounding hotels with similar facilities.

Hello, most if not all of the surrounding hotels will include a destination fee. This covers for the complimentary wifi, in room coffees, use of bikes, the fitness center etc. Other than the fee, we do hope you enjoyed your stay and will consider staying with us again! Thank you.

Centrally located in a busy commercial & shops district. Only valet parking available for $55/day; however public parking lot adjacent to the hotel offered cheaper daily rate. There was a destination fees $22/day that will apply at checkout. Room amenities include coffee & teas. Ice will be provided upon request. Small gym was available on the 2nd floor. Male staffs were friendly at check-in; female staffs were curt & borderline rude when contacted via telephone regarding room upgrade.

The hotel is beautiful. The room was perfect for two people. I payed for city view and didn’t get that. Also, they don’t clean the room it’s optional and you have to let the front desk know. We decided to schedule it, they didn’t clean it only made the bed. A coffee cup was left there, wrappers etc. I had some issues with the deposit and called for clarification the lady from the front desk was rude and inpatient. It happened actually twice I called before the trip for some clarification and same issue, front desk people weren’t nice. Also, they charge a resort fee, it should be included in the price of the hotel.

The hotel is clean and the staff were great. I would only suggest maybe hire more employees for the coffee shop. Wait times to get coffee was a bit ridiculous.
