Wish I had read the reviews on Wyndams site about this property. Check in staff was polite and efficient. There was a surprise $200 deposit, no big deal. They did put us in the furthest unit from parking, and closest to the Wendy’s/mini mart and gas station. Besides the trains, and traffic, the rest was very noisy also, and didn’t appreciate being so far away from vehicle in a questionable area, and having to schlep our things so far. Returning with dinner, hands full the second night and hungry, both our keys didn’t work. Called the front desk, they said come down we’ll make you new ones. Very inconvenient. The lobby locks up at 8pm, it was just after 7pm, and it was already locked. The front desk agent was on her personal phone, though didn’t talk on it until I was leaving, kept it in her hand the whole time doing everything one handed. Gave me one key, when I returned two. Had to ask for the second. Overall she was very inconvenienced fixing their inconveniencing me. Would never stay here again, nor recommend to anyone. Especially for $200 a night. What a dump, with terrible service. Not to mention the sketchy people around and at the mini mart. Oh, no thermostat to be found. Too hot the first night, too cold the second. No hotel information inside the room.

Where do I start !!! Stag is extremely rude including the owner. I made a reservation for 2 nights first day stay was good second day the secretary comes banging at my door telling I had to leave because I only reserved one night . I showed her proof of confirmation for 2 nights . After Almost 2 hrs of back and forth they figures out I was correct and it their misunderstanding!!! it doesn’t sound too bad, but the fact they have extremely poor customer service makes the stay there inconvenient. The rooms are good size. The place is really not very clean. The kitchen is very outdated . The exterior is falling apart and the surrounding area is not too bad

Run down. Holes in walls. Staff rude not wearing mask. 0 covid safety. Dishes dirty/stained. Loud music playing past midnight. Homeless sleeping in parking lot regardless of parking pass. Unsafe environment.

Early in the morning packing to leave, the upstairs unit a woman starts screaming for her life. I call the front desk, a man tells ME to call the police. I say I'm leaving & won't be here to wait to talk to someone but she's still screaming & things are getting worse. He hung up on me after I asked him will he be doing his job. The room phone was broken as well, so I had to call from my phone.

I have mixed feelings about this place. It was a temporary housing solution for our family. For that it did the job. However this place is not safe. There are 1 or 2 drug rings operating out of that place and what seems to be continuous drug use in the parking area. Later on I talked to a local cop who confirmed the drug issue plus other criminal activities. The rooms felt dirty. Carpets and furniture had plenty of stains. The rooms which are supposed to be non smoking had a clear smell of smoke. The kitchen was good, the range though old it was operating very well. The beds were clean and comfortable.

They make you provide $200 cash upon arrival as a deposit which was extremely inconvenient. When I talked to the front office lady about it and explain that it’s inconvenient especially because it was not put on the reservation information she got an attitude with me, rolled her eyes, told me it was my job to call beforehand and find out what their deposit is. I have stayed in many hotels and several just this year and never have I ever been asked to provide cash. While I understand now why they do it she could’ve addressed the issue differently and not been so disrespectful. Then there was a fight with tons of young adults outside our room. As well as the people above us were loud like they were moving appliances all night. I came to find out they’ve been there since Covid started and they can’t be evicted. But clearly they are aware of the people and should do better at warning the guests that they are loud.

The room smell like cigarettes when its supposed to be a non smoking room and my neighbors were noisy upstairs and people outside Screaming late at night yet no security stopped by or cops didn’t feel safe at night. But overall the room was clean could use some maintenance

Won’t be staying here again.
I stayed here like 8 years ago and the units were nice and clean but now the grounds were dirty. A lot of the rooms look like people live there. Sliding doors boarded up. Windows boarded up like they were broken. It smells like pee everywhere outside. The people living there look really sketch. We were asked if we were selling Percocet.

The little townhouse suites are pretty cool and the pool looked really nice (no time to swim!). Staff was really friendly. It seemed like half the guests were hotel patrons and the other half were long-term residents. I wouldn’t recommend booking here with three people however because they have one double bed and a small, unforgiving loveseat that is not at all meant to sleep on- high back and armrests make it impossible. Misleading to say it sleeps three. Also, be aware that if you book on a Friday or Saturday they will require a $200 cash deposit that forced us to run to the gas station next door and hit an ATM...only to check out 9 hours later and have to wait for housekeeping to check the room before you get your money back. Something to consider if you’re in a hurry to check out (ie to catch a plane).

Took my deposit for having 5 people in the hotel room despite the rules stating that’s the limit. I don’t recommend at all! Rooms smell like cigarettes, lots of loitering. Front desk workers & security guards lie about having a customer support number if you would like to avoid this so not stay here!

It was hard to get hold of the customer service/front desk person. The pool was also open very late (10pm) and the people swimming were being very noisy when we were trying to get to sleep. They were finally quiet sometime after 1030 pm.

Absolutely awful place. I had drove 7hrs arriving at almost 11 at night. I go to check in and the rude front desk lady tells.me.my deposit of $200 has to be in cash not.on credit card. I told her Ive neve4 heard that and It doesnt say that on expedia she said ya 3rd partys dont show it but its on out website. I said ya but I booked expedia.she didnt care and kept telling me I had to.pay $200 deposit in cash. Worst service ever and will never stay at that kind of hotel again completely shady. Who collects cash for deposit and not just put it on the credit card. Shady business if you ask me. Leaving.me without a room in the middle of.the night in a city i dont know.

It was an uncomfortable check in. My husband had flown into SeaTac and I was driving to meet him. We found out that the shuttle was not in service after my husband had called to request service. The sole reason I booked this hotel was for the airport shuttler. You could probably litterally go and look at the search history and see I clicked "free airport shuttle" and "pool". It was a $20 taxi to get to the hotel. My husband arrived a good 30 minutes before I did but we were told he could not check in. This was because divorced couples sometimes come and try to find their wives or husbands and cause a scene. That was the first red flag. After I arrived, my husband had to find me to get the card I had used to book. Upon walking the grounds he already had his mind set against staying here. He said there were overflowing garbage cans, boarded up windows, tarp covered porches, and sketchy looking groups of people. He did not feel comfortable having his family stay there. We had just come from 6 weeks in Nicaragua. We are not hoity-toity fancy people. My husband is a USMC Veteran and his instincts have saved his life. We did not stay and would like a full refund. Thank you.

A mixed review
Service when we arrived was pleasant and helpful even provide us with a closer and upgraded room since we did not have a car. Further away from the airport than expected and was a $26 taxi fare. Morning service was uninterested in helping and annoyed with guests and their questions. Would not help call a taxi to return to the airport.

Better hotels in the same price range in the area.
The room was advertised as having a pullout sofa-sleeper. It didn't have one and there were no other rooms available, so we had to share a bed. The staff said some rooms have sofa-sleepers, but they don't know which. That seems like an easy thing to solve. Maybe check the sofas? Also, the towels were incredibly rough. If you're going to use cheap towels, at least use some fabric softener.

This hotel is a dump. Room was dirty and even though we were in a non-smoking room, it smelled of rancid smoke, with a cigarette burn on the table. One out of four lights worked in the bathroom. Bathroom floor was sticky dirty. Broke glass outside our door on the walk way. Seem to be a place where low class people are living. Overall, the place was very bad. We are surprised that this hotel is owned by Wyndham.

All the rooms I've been and all the times I stayed here the rooms have all been different and very versatile you don't get the same room every time you come that is impressive. The grounds are nice they really gotten ahead of the game it's very quiet at night and everything works in all the rooms I feel like you're at home away from home I strongly recommend this establishment. And the prices are decent also the only drawback is the 2 and $300 deposit but that's insurance for them to keep their place looking nice
