"We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again. We were only there for one night before our cruise, but the staff made a stressful situation much easier. We had lost our luggage, and the guy at check-in was kind enough to give us some basic toiletries to get us through the night. The airport shuttle was great too—it arrived about 5 minutes after I called. The next morning, everyone was so nice when I asked if we could use the shuttle to go back to the airport to pick up our luggage. They even offered to let us come back and relax at the hotel before our cruise since we had plenty of time, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Breakfast was good—nothing fancy, but plenty to get the day started. Our room faced the airport, so there was some noise from the planes, but it wasn't a huge issue for us. Overall, a very pleasant stay, especially because of how friendly and helpful the staff were."

"Me and my wife stayed here for Labor Day weekend, such a nice and friendly staff. Really close to the stadiums and easy to get there with the transit system. Would 100% recommend!"

"Very nice room; comfortable, clean and spacious enough for a single person. Staff at front desk were very pleasant and helpful. Loved the cafe on the 2nd floor and appreciated the credit given by hotel as an offset for the resort fee. Also appreciated the closeness to Seattle Convention Center. Def would stay here again."
