When i stayed last time in Oct 2023, we arrived at 2 am and had no issue with “door opening” or welcoming from staff. When we arrived at 10:30 pm on 2/16/24, I didn’t realize the door wouldn’t open, so when the first door slid open for me, i assumed the second one woul do the same, especially, when i nudged it, it seemed like it was more faulty than locked. I pushed it opened because dude behind the desk didn’t care to come out to ask “hey, are you guest?” Or “checking in?” He just sat there, looking annoyed and pissed because I shouldn’t have known the door was to be locked and not be forced open. I did not care for his attitude especially he didn’t bother asking “hey, are those kids at the door yours?” to open the door for them but waited for my kids to force the door to open and acted annoyed again. When i asked if it’s ok to put the tag on the car in the morning, in October, we were told it’d be ok, but advisable to do it asap, instead, his attitude was flippant and rude “you can will get towed if you don’t do it now.” If you hate your job, quit. Don’t ruin a vacation for others who worked hard to be here, who liked the experience they had the time before enough to come back. I never stayed twice at any hotel because i like to experience different settings and thanks to you, this will be our last.
