I was over charged for my room by 84.00 with an additional 75.00 charge on top of that. Then they had a huge group of people being very loud and keeping my kids up cause they couldn’t fall asleep due to all the noise from the bar area in the atrium.

The facility was great. Large open spaces, fantastic room, amazing breakfast, and a wonderful managers reception in the early evening. I would stay here again, and recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in the Seattle area.

The hotel was great. NOT one single person that worked there was friendly. The person we checked in with, the bartender to ask where we would eat, the staff in the morning for breakfast..didn’t run in to once nice friendly person in this hotel. The hotel is clean, nice and has great accommodations. The staff not so much.

This property continues to be our favorite option when we need to stay near Seattle for medical procedures. Wonderful service, excellent suites, one of the best accessible showers I have ever seen and the breakfast service is fantastic. Will stay EVERY TIME we need to be in the Seattle area!

I have stayed at many Embassy Hilton Suites and this one was not my favorite. The room was/felt dirty. Found a plastic dish and food in it under the couch, the carpet is old and dirty (have no idea when it was last shampooed) also was tearing apart. Had no remote for front TV and took front desk over an hour to get one up to me. I felt very uncomfortable in the room.

When i stayed last time in Oct 2023, we arrived at 2 am and had no issue with “door opening” or welcoming from staff. When we arrived at 10:30 pm on 2/16/24, I didn’t realize the door wouldn’t open, so when the first door slid open for me, i assumed the second one woul do the same, especially, when i nudged it, it seemed like it was more faulty than locked. I pushed it opened because dude behind the desk didn’t care to come out to ask “hey, are you guest?” Or “checking in?” He just sat there, looking annoyed and pissed because I shouldn’t have known the door was to be locked and not be forced open. I did not care for his attitude especially he didn’t bother asking “hey, are those kids at the door yours?” to open the door for them but waited for my kids to force the door to open and acted annoyed again. When i asked if it’s ok to put the tag on the car in the morning, in October, we were told it’d be ok, but advisable to do it asap, instead, his attitude was flippant and rude “you can will get towed if you don’t do it now.” If you hate your job, quit. Don’t ruin a vacation for others who worked hard to be here, who liked the experience they had the time before enough to come back. I never stayed twice at any hotel because i like to experience different settings and thanks to you, this will be our last.

Had a weekend getaway here to swim and hot tub. Both were wonderful, and open til late. Rooms were large and comfortable. Food onsite, free breakfast, and plenty of delivery options nearby. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will gladly return here!

The property wasn’t bad, but I was turned off because there was an employee cooking my omelette that kept wiping her nose with one hand that didn’t have a glove. I asked her if she could put a glove on because she wiped her nose and she told me she would use the other hand that had a glove. I felt it was unsanitary because she was using both hands to cook.

We have stayed here many times and it has always been good. They did shut down the breakfast / wasn’t available at 9:30 am when we were there on a weekend, which was supposed to go until 10:30 am. But overall good experience for a good price.

Starting at check in we were greeted and promptly helped by a very nice woman. The room was clean and very spacious for our family. We enjoyed a very nice evening at the pool which was very well maintained. They then had a manager's social hour where they had complimentary snacks and drinks. Really appreciated that. Breakfast was hot, delicious and plentiful with lots of choices. I'd stay again!

I was a little bummed that the outlet in our bathroom didn't work, after we tried resetting it but still didn't work. Also, there was a big hole in our shower curtain. We didn't have any conditioner in our shower so that was disappointing. And there was no kleenex in the bathroom, only 2 pieces left in the box. You would think housekeeping would see it was at the end especially since there were blue strips on the last couple pieces. The blow dryer handle was very sticky and whatever it was, it wouldn't wash out. I hurt my knee pretty seriously and asked to check out and hour later (at 12pm) since we stayed overnight on NYE and were checking out on the 1st, the front desk said ok but still charged us an add'l $30 for staying an hour later even though nobody was checking in. I've never had a Hilton charge extra for chexking out at 12pm. Also, adult swim was from 10pm-12am and when we went downstairs, there were tons of kids (ages 7 to 11) without any supervision, splashing like crazy, running, screaming, jumping in the hottub. These 2 kids kept landing on my knee when I was in the hot tub even though I asked them multiple times to please stop. One of the maintenance/hotel staff kept coming in but didn't ask or even care that there were kids in there after kids hours. The hotel was clean but I won't be coming back here ever again.

Stay was great. Pool was very chlorinated and my kids lasted under 10 minutes which was a bit disappointing… rooms were spacious and staff was super friendly. We were able to check in a couple hours early which we really appreciated!! Would stay here again
