We could walk to the park, meals, etc. The home had a lot of space, which was wonderful with kids. They also had kid gear (crib, highchair, dishes) which made traveling with kids much easier. The downsides: The house smelled like cat urine. You got used to it as your were in the house longer, but every time we walked into the house it was fairly overpowering. There is a bus stop super close and the Fremont Troll is around the corner. There are several places to eat within a block an amazing biscuit place less than a mile away. We appreciated that there was a reserved garage parking spot. (Do beware that is a very tight squeeze if you have a larger car.) The house was spacious and plenty of room for the kids to spread out. We also liked that there were kids dishes and laundry machines. It did get hot with no air conditioning but it cooled off at night with the fans. ##### Courtney G.
