Great, cozy spot
This is a lovely place to stay—very quiet, very clean, and cozy. Larsen Brothers bakery and La Copa cafe are within walking distance, as is Golden Gardens (if you don’t mind lots of stairs!). I would definitely stay here again.

This place is in a great location as stated, close to great coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants and the beach. Darrell was very responsive and we had no issues during our stay. Great sitting area outside as well in quiet neighborhood. Loved it!!

Lovely little place with all the things you need
I stayed for a week and enjoyed this adorable little gem. While it may be small the use of space was perfect! I loved the security system too. Easy to use and it was set up specifically for me. I will keep this unit in mind for my next visit (it was only a 7-minute walk to my friend's place too. :-)

Wonderful Location in Seattle
Great spot in North Ballard. Easy access all over town. Especially for the Ballard Locks, Golden Gardens and Ray's. Darrell was an excellent communicator and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and understood options for food/drink/fun in the area. Would gladly stay here in the future!

The cozy, atmosphere, privacy, and a very kind and communicative host made this stay very enjoyable. It was a great location near many shops and restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt very safe. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay at Treat House!
Our week long stay at Treat House was amazing. Within walking distance of local neighborhood restaurants, bakeries, bars and convenient to downtown Seattle using public transit. Darrell’s recommendations for restaurants and interesting sites was spot on and we truly enjoyed chatting with him during our stay. I recommend his charming studio highly and it was comfortable to accommodate three adults. Will definitely stay there when we return for another visit.

Convenient location, quiet residence
Convenient access to major bus routes including line 40 taking you straight to downtown (about a 45 min ride). About two miles north of main Ballard area. Private entrance with parking spot cannot be beat this close in. Quiet charming neighborhood with cafes, a fantastic bakery and small convenience store just 4 blocks away. Residence was clean and great for a couple (+ one small child if you have one) needing a place to relax after a long day seeing the sites. Small kitchenette great for storing drinks and snacks. Good-sized bathroom with nice amenities like a hair dryer and accordion wall mirror. Landlord was attentive and on site (lives in main part of house). Would definitely stay again!
