Driveway is sloped downward and the concrete wall makes it nearly impossible to get a larger vehicle in or out without causing damage to a vehicle. It is apparent as you see plenty of scrape marks on the side of the garage door. Also no air conditioning. The good it is very spacious and has gorgeous views. The place was dirty with several issues when we arrived. The bathtub was clogged and not draining properly. We called right after check in. Management said a cleaner will come in the morning but never arrived. After many correspondences with the management company over several days nobody ever arrived to fix the issues. The garage is a tight fit even for a compact car. The street parking is rough. Ideally you do not have a car. Location is good and the property isn't bad. Just needs more attention to detail. And a new management company. I'm not sure how this place got positive reviews. Great location, close to restaurants and the waterfront. Clean, well set up and good communication. Bedrooms/bathrooms are far enough apart to allow for privacy when you're traveling with close friends (but not \*that\* close). Would absolutely stay again!Please note that the garage entry is quite tight. Getting in is OK, but even with a mid-sized car with cameras, I needed my friend directing me out inch by inch to avoid running into the sides of the door or the cement wall that angles in towards the driveway.
