"For the most part, the room was clean. The floors were tiled, but dirty. I couldn’t get coffee cups. There’s no coffee maker in the room and they didn’t have any cups at the front desk either which is quite annoying. No hairdryer in the room The TV was way across the room But overall, the room was pretty good"

"We actually ended up staying at the owner 's other property next door. It was a nice upgrade. The staff was very nice, the room was spacious. The bed was clean and comfortable. We had to turn the heat on, as we were there off season. It worked well. My only complaint was the microwave. It was very difficult to use because the turntable area was rusted. Once we figured out the secret of getting it to work it was fine. Water pressure wasn't the greatest, but the water was hot. We would stay there again."

"The staff, especially Vinnie, was very nice, helpful. Quiet room, clean. Very hot water in the shower. During our stay the pool was not available for use due to an issue beyond their abilities. We were able to use the pool at the next property though. It was a great experience overall."

"We did find the same pros and cons as most people. A very clean property best suited for two people or two young people with a small child. You can’t beat the location, it is about 50 steps from the end of the boardwalk. You also have many fine bars and restaurants within the ocean Terrace and Boulevard streets area. In one directionThere is a CVS less than a 10 minute walk away and in the other direction, there is a 711 about a 10 to 12 minute walk away. We had a nice covered front porch which is shared .There is a designated offstreet parking space on the side of the building.Some issues we personally had were that the bathroom is small and the standup shower(which has excellent water pressure) is very small and hard to maneuver in. Floor space is only 3‘ x 3. As mentioned by other guests, only two bath towels are available which is a little inconvenient because there is no washer or dryer on premises and it seems to be most people will stay here between two and five days. There’s also one dish towel for the kitchen area and that’s it. The dorm room furniture in the dining area and living area are very uncomfortable. The AC units in the living area and the bedroom were efficient and fairly quiet.A nice enough property, but personally probably would not stay here again."
