Would have preferred they had included in the expedia listing what the breakfast offered was. It is a grab n go bag with croissant, fruit and yoghurt. Overall though it was comfortable and quiet.

Good hotel and 30 min walk from Newcastle center. Perfect for us as we had a competition at the arena and it was a 5 min walk. Friendly, helpful staff. Plenty in grab bag breakfast

I liked the “Breakfast to go”, very good idea, it lets you get out and about early and you can take it with you. Bedroom very spacious and very clean. Only a few things that were negative; the 2 bedroom lamps above bed weren’t working, bathroom door wouldn’t remain shut, light above mirror in bathroom wasn’t working and toilet roll holder was falling off the wall.

Very moisy with other residents slamming doors and screaming. There were insects in the bathroom and the bed sheets were stained. I am six months pregnant and this was not a pleasant experience for me.

Hair on bed, marks on bedding, hole cute out of the middle of the curtain overlooking a park?. Toilet roll holder not fixed on wall properly so toilet roll ended up on floor and 1 room only had half a toilet roll.
