Nice location. Clean. Toilet not working in room 301. I was moved to 201 and it had only 1 remote. Problem was solved when we returned from dinner.

It was very clean, the lobby/breakfast areas were very cozy & the staff were extremely helpful. The view of the water was very relaxing!

The room was extremely dusty when we arrived. I had to wipe it down before I let my kids touch anything. The rooms was very outdated and some of the wallpaper was peeling off. I did it bother to complain because we were going to be there for just one night. Wasted my Expedia points 😞

did not like that the front desk clerk was asleep at 8:45 pm on Christmas eve. She had her head down on the desk for awhile. makes you not feel safe!!

Received no maid service one night. Asked for a discount and was accused of lying about it by the hotel manager. I don't need a discount, just want to be treated fairly and not pay for services not received. Never been treated so poorly in all of my travels. Also bathrooms were pretty gross. No ventilation, so wall paper peeling and mold present. Cleaning (when it happens at all) isn't thorough. Will not return, despite numerous trips to Seaford in the future

I liked the breakfast. The pancake maker was fast and convenient. AM staff were super friendly. I wasn’t too impressed by the coffee machine in my room, it was moldy on the inside. Overall it was a good room and close to my family. Would definitely stay here again.

We were there because of the hurricane, there was so much going on with us during that visit because we also had a dog and 2 children under 3with us and they are not a pet friendly hotel they allowed us to bring our dog with us. I thought that was great.

This is one hotel you should miss
The hotel is run down which in itself isn't terrible, but management doesn't seem to be concerned with cleanliness or maintaining the property and furniture. The elevator was filthy as was the carpet outside of the elevator. Our bathroom has stains on the door trim, dirt in the corners where sweeping/mopping has basically been effective at moving the dirt. The "desk" is warped and quite "used". The desk chair is the cheapest chairs I've ever seen in a hotel. It falls backwards throughout the day when the handle to stop it from reclining backwards comes loose. There's nothing about this hotel that looks or smells clean. We will be checking out early

The smell inside the room wasn’t pleasant. It smelled moldy and stuffy. It was difficult to sleep. I think the carpet inside the room needs cleaning. It wasn’t a great experience for me. The staff were very pleasant, helpful and nice.

nicely upgraded rooms very clean and comfortable. nice to have microwave and refrigerator. AC was noisy but not bad enough to request a move to different room. We did let them know on checkout and they seemed genuinely concerned and interested in fixing it.
