Spend the day lounging by the Creekwatch neighborhood pool. The Creekwatch Villa location makes everything on Seabrook easily accessible and amenity cards are available for purchase. Head to the beach and amble along the 3.5 miles of incredibly beautiful shoreline. Whatever you imagine your dream vacation to be, this is the perfect place to start! The elevated floor plan ensures you have an expansive view stretching out to the Atlantic. Two bedrooms with en suite baths are on the first floor. The light and airy master bedroom has a king bed with sliding doors leading to the partially covered and/or uncovered deck. The tasteful furnishings include a 32" HDTV with Netflix. The en suite master bath has high end finishes with a walk in shower. Down the hall, the cheery guest bedroom has 2 XL full beds with an en suite bath and tub/shower. Head upstairs to be greeted by an open floor plan with vaulted ceiling. Sliding doors lead out to the upper screened porch where you will be amazed by the panoramic views. A table and chairs make it the perfect place for a little al fresco dining. The living room area has beautiful wood flooring, ceiling fan and 55" Smart TV with cable and Netflix. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). \*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
