This 1 bedroom, 2 bath villa feels more like a home instead of a vacation rental. The primary bedroom features a new king size bed along with a new plush mattress. There is a workspace featuring a modern desk , white leather chair with relaxing views of live oaks and nature as you get in a few emails or create your market shopping list. The bedroom also has a 55" Smart HDTV w/Netflix and a DVD player. Ladies don't worry about packing your make up mirror, the primary bath has an added one on the wall. Also featured is a bidet toilet. Love the ocean? Well you will see the waves in the stunning new blue granite countertops in the kitchen. The home was exceptionally clean, tastefully appointed, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location is ideal—peaceful, convenient, and very pet-friendly. This villa is just as gorgeous and well-furnished as pictured and described. It is extremely comfortable, pup-friendly, and just steps from the beach. Located directly on the beach provided excellent sunsets. The 5 minute walk to the swim club (less than a mile by road or just over a mile on the beach) was perfect for us. We had a wonderful time at Seabrook! The property was clean and very organized. We loved how close the beach was and being able to watch the sailboats pass back and forth in the afternoons.
