Watch the shrimp boats leave out in the early morning then returning with their catch of the day all from your waterfront deck. Walk into low country shiplap and soothing Chantilly Lace walls. This 1 bedroom, 2 bath villa feels more like a home instead of a vacation rental. The primary bedroom features a new king size bed along with a new plush mattress. There is a workspace featuring a modern desk , white leather chair with relaxing views of live oaks and nature as you get in a few emails or create your market shopping list. The bedroom also has a 55" Smart HDTV w/Netflix and a DVD player. Ladies don't worry about packing your make up mirror, the primary bath has an added one on the wall. Also featured is a bidet toilet. Love the ocean? Well you will see the waves in the stunning new blue granite countertops in the kitchen. There are stainless appliances throughout, new cookware, added open stainless shelves in dining area where you will find all the serving pieces needed for an evening of entertaining. This villa is just as gorgeous and well-furnished as pictured and described. It is extremely comfortable, pup-friendly, and just steps from the beach. Pristine beaches, immaculate landscapes, and the wildlife that quietly inhabits the property is awe inspiring. We had a wonderful time at Seabrook! The property was clean and very organized. We loved how close the beach was and being able to watch the sailboats pass back and forth in the afternoons. We were also surprised at how much wildlife we actually got to see- An armadillo, deer, raccoons, hermit crabs, jellyfish, birds, etc. We will definitely be back! ##### Kristen G. Our only complaint was there wasn't any hot water in the main bathroom shower. It wasn't a big deal to us, as the master bath shower worked great! The condo was very quiet, peaceful, and serene. It's thoughtfully updated and provided everything we needed and more. We loved our walks on the beach and couldn't believe we watched the dolphins strand feeding. A very special place with special experiences. We look forward to visiting again. ##### T O.
