The location is unmatched with being close to the country club and the pools/restaurants. Cam was so helpful leading up to our stay and answered any questions so quickly. "A beautiul setting in the heart of Seabrook Island. The deck, sitting among the trees and looking out over the golf course was our favorite part of the trip, enjoying our morning coffee; very relaxing. The place itself is very cozy, decorated well, extremely clean and has a great feel, especially for two people, and because it's not too far from Charleston, one can make a few jaunts into the historic town to enjoy all of it's restaurants and history. The beach is close enough to walk and is unspoiled. We really enjoyed it! Casey, the property owner is an extremely personable fellow and is very comfortable to communicate with him. "The unit, location and manager are all wonderful. This is our third year in a row of staying in this complex. Quiet enclave, friendly neighbors and easy access to Seabrook, Kiawah and Freshfield. Be sure to check out the beach and take a stroll to Captain’s Sam Inlet to catch the dolphins."

"Given the reasonable rate, this villa is a good value. Quiet location with a nice golf course view. Check in instructions could be clearer. The location to receive your resort pass is actually the guard house at the entry gate. GPS took us to a different location nearby, so that was a bit confusing. Also, it was not clear that the key was in a key box. Instructions made it seem as though there was an electronic keypad for entry, so it took some hunting to figure it out."
