It has unsurpassed views of the meandering creek, the saltwater marsh, and out to the dunes and ocean beyond. Not only are the views exceptional, but the bird, marine and animal life is abundant, from heron to otters to dolphins fishing in the creek. One recent visitor labeled it a “birders paradise!” The large windows, vaulted ceilings and sunroom let in not just light, but all the sounds of the surrounding nature. The villa is fully furnished and equipped, including state-of-the-art kitchen, top-speed WiFi and 40" HD LCD smart TV and Apple TV for streaming. Additional amenities include heat and air conditioning, ceiling fans and a washing machine and dryer. The master bedroom has a queen bed and en suite bath. The guest bedroom has 2 twin singles with en suite bath. Linens are included. This is your home away from home. The Creek Watch Villas offer the best views on Seabrook. They are quiet, secluded and the expansive marsh view is unmatched. Sam's Creek flows right in front of your deck. We saw dolphins and rays 20 feet from our morning coffee deck. The ocean and North Beach is visible and audible from the screened porch. This particular end unit had a view over the Creek Watch community pool which was convenient to watch the kids. We liked the enclosed porch upstairs with windows that could open and shut. This really expanded the usable space of the unit and helped with climate control. The AC worked great when we needed it, the kitchen was updated and perfect. It was one of the last properties available for the week that we wanted. In hindsight, we felt very lucky to get this particular unit. Located as an end unit among other townhomes, the unit feels very open, very much filled with light during the day, and was right next-door to the community pool. Nancy at Coastal Getaways Of South Carolina was very helpful in quickly booking, and confirming our reservations.
