The top floor boasts an open-concept living room with vaulted ceilings, a 55" HDTV, fireplace, and a private deck with sweeping ocean views. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, wine fridge, and seating for everyone — 8 at the dining table plus extra seating at the island and high top table. Or eat outside on the spacious decks with Pollywood dining table and furniture.  
Kitchen includes a Keurig and drip coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, blender, air fryer, seafood pot, and everything you need to cook at home. Plenty of dishes, serving, glassware and silverware.
