The property is located in an industrial complex. My visit was on the weekend so it was quiet, but it may be busier during the week. The staff was very pleasant at attentive to the breakfast bar for prompt restocking.
Very comfortable, up to date rooms. Breakfast was decent. I thought this was a great value. The only thing I didn't like was the gross, non-slip mat in the bathtub.
Had a pet-friendly room on the 1st floor, near the outside door. Room was clean.
I really like the tile-walk-in shower!!

The hotel looked nice in pics online and was reasonably priced with a decent pet fee. However the room was filthy, it looked like there was blood on the blow dryer and the mattress and bedspread were stained. The floor was sticky. I could not stay and the hotel refuses to refund me. Went to a Hilton.

Beds were comfortable. Location was convenient to the things we wanted to do. Front desk staff overall unresponsive. Asked for toilet paper for the room in the AM still not delivered to the room in the PM and we were out!! Then, when we came back at night, the front end staff was hiding in the back and didn’t come out until another employee texted her. Unresponsive personnel gave a negative impression of the facility.

It boasts a smoke free environment but our room had a hige cigarette smell. Pillows and linens. The rest was good but I think all hitels should scrap all carpets and to commercial laminate. At least it is clean. Carpets harbour millions of germs. Yuck!

This place was nice, the check in girl at the front desk was excellent, however the mattress in our room was horrible, it must have come out of the Dunmore landfill after being run over by 100 trucks, it needs to be changed!

It appears to be an old hotel that has been spruced up a bit -buy not to Hilton standards: there is "funny smell" that dominates the hotel - makes me feel like I am in a rest home or convelascent center. The shower though clean is very dated. food is nothing to get excited about. The staff was very responsive. The only real positive things was the bed gave a good night sleep.

The only reason i gave three was it wasnt easy to find! Once we found it the parking lot was very dark and kinda sketchy. The staff was amazing and friendly. Would recommend!
They definitely need more lighting!

They stated they are a pet friendly hotel but wouldn’t let me check in, stating that they don’t accept cats. I had reserved the room early in the day and it was late when I had arrived and was told I couldn’t stay there with my cats.

Morel has gone way downhill
One of the side doors was frequently found within a rock holding it open - we felt very unsafe. We were also overcharged for bringing two small dogs - $70 per night for the two of them. We’ve stayed here many times before while visiting my wife’s family; we will not be staying here again.
