"You get a free drink voucher. I recommend using it at the Inn's bar. The Inn has a lovely lounge and bar. The Inn attendants were both the loveliest of people; having to man a lot on their own.The baristas at the Cafe affiliated with the lnn completely ruined my (this has been a perfect stay) vibe; they may have just been having an off day though. Just know exactly what you want when you walk in and don't speak to them again after your order has been placed. Then I suppose things will go better. Other than that I'm sure you will have a lovely stay."

"We were knowingly given a room without TV connectivity and with an extremely loud AC unit. When we notified management, they said that they would call us to address our issues when they were finished checking in several other people. After thirty minutes, we gave up and went downstairs (management didn't answer the phone). Management told us that they knew that the room they assigned us didn't have TV connectivity and also knew about the extremely loud AC unit, but there was nothing they could do about it because they had already assigned all of the rooms that had TV connectivity. They assigned us this room because we booked it through Hotels.com instead of through Home2Suites/Hilton."
