"The hotel was in a wonderful area near restaurants, gas stations ect but the smoke smell was HORRIBLE! It flared my asthma up. That is my only complaint..otherwise nice hotel and location. Breakfast was pretty good."

"We are traveling band and we wanted a head start out of Nashville to the next gig. Not sure how this was what hotels.com figured was on our way but since we don’t know any better we booked here. It’s way off the beaten path. First off the room smelled horrible. Stains everywhere. Looked like someone may have died in the chairs. Cigarette burns everywhere. We are from California and even though we stay in hotels all over the nation we don’t run into smoking rooms really ever. The cost of the room was incredibly high. The pillow was like a sheet. The bed was so uncomfortable. The comforter was like a sheet. You can’t control the temperature in the room so this time of year it was like an inferno midway through the night. We had the heater on low. The shower was like a hose coming out of the wall. Filth everywhere. I’ve stayed in a lot of places that suck in my years of touring the nation. This place took the cake. Only positive is there wasn’t like tweakers. But from the looks of the room they need a major update with these prices. "

"Manager was very, very kind and helpful. (Issue with a reservation change) Other staff were great! Place was newly renovated, clean, and very nice!! We had a great stay with no issues. (People upstairs walked like elephants, but that’s not the hotels problem!) Small breakfast bit well stocked and fresh. I would definitely stay again. Thank you! "

"We reserved a king suite, and the pullout sofa bed had dead bugs, rust stains on the sheets, and holes in the blanket from cigarettes. The fridge didn't cool, the stove looked like it was missing part of the front panels, a cabinet door fell off when we tried to open it, and there were no lights connected to the bedroom switch. The whole floor reeked of drugs, and our room smelled like cigarette smoke in spite of the no smoking policy. We were able to change rooms and had a much better experience, but the general upkeep (or lack thereof) from the first room was very off-putting for the whole stay. "

"I was put in a room on the outside of motel. The door had crack in it and it let cold air in. Had to keep heat up to keep room warm. Very nasty facility. I would not recommend this motel ever. Expedia should comp a room for staying in that kinda of motel. "

"The room was clean and staff very nice. The hotel could use an update. The hot tub was not working properly as the water was barely warm. "
