"The hotel spa is relaxing. Moon is a fantastic massage therapist, and her cupping technique was amazing. The resort charges random fees, like a $25 resort fee (for water and coffee in the room, which is ridiculous). The Spa automatically adds a 20% gratuity to your bill, plus a $7 service fee. I would not stay here again because of all the random fees the resort adds on - completely unnecessary, and the restaurants are over-priced."

"Great place to take the kids and a great getaway. Place is nice and so much to do. We had a great time and we will be returning to celebrate my Son 5th birthday. Room was clean upon arrival Staff was great and pools were awesome and the shows for the kids was great as well. Recommend this place if you have kids."

"The hot tub jets didn't work and the water was a little murky. Our room was clean but the air conditioner was VERY loud and we had to change rooms. Breakfast was ok. I would not stay there again."

"This place was difficult to find in the dark The building numbers need to be lit. Dish washer very difficult to start. Got it going once, second load, couldn’t get it to work. Carpet seam between master bedroom and bath flooring is loose and we kept tripping on it."
