There is nothing good about this property. The room wasn't ready at 4pm when I tried to check in. The attendant said she would ask the guy that would be next to me to be quite. I asked if he was a monthly rented to which she said yes. Then she asked how many beds I needed to which I replied at least one. She then said if I could wait 30 minutes a quieter room would be ready. I said I would go to dinner then come back. At 7:30pm when I returned I couldn't find her so I looked in the room I was to be assigned only to find the maintenance man installing a wall airconditioner and nailing up a board. The board was because the new air conditioner was smaller than the other and the hole needed to be covered so you couldn't see outside. I went back to the office and the attendant finally came. I told her this situation was not acceptable. She said she couldn't cancel my reservation but would call Expedia in the morning so I could be refunded my money. I had to go to another hotel and didnt stay at the Circle S Lodge. I called Expedia that night to try to get my money back but they couldn't issue a refund without approval from Circle S lodge. Expedia tried calling Circle S without success. I called Circle S and Expedia agian the next day without any resolution. Circle S will not answer the phone. I guess a refund will not be issued. Expedia should not allie Circle S to use their service. I will keep trying to get refund.
