Hello Nick,We offer complimentary wifi and unfortunately at times there may be issues with wifi which is out of our control. You were given a complimentary upgrade to a Superior Room as there was an issue in the hotel with some of our rooms due to a faulty boiler. We are sorry this was not communicated to you at check in.

Welcoming, relaxed vibe
The hotel is in an excellent setting with ample free parking close by. Our room was spacious and comfortable but with some aspects requiring attention eg stains on the carpet. All staff were welcoming, efficient and professional and breakfasts were excellent. There was good wifi in the room even though a long way from the main public areas. We enjoyed our stay in the Priory Hotel and would not hesitate to recommend for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Good place to stay
Friendly staff at check in and throughout stay. Room was large, bathroom appeared recently refurbished. Beds were firm and very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. We had dinner both nights and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Beauly is an ideal base for walking and The Priory is an ideal base in Beauly. The staff are truly excellent throughout, both efficient and friendly. The food in the restaurant was varied enough for multiple days and there's a great curry house across the road if you fancy a change. We had a very enjoyable stay here.

The Hotel was perfect, only issue think they could do with New bedroom windows, But that did not spoil my stay. Hotel is clean Hotel is friendly Hotel was very 🔥 Food is great. And we would definitely be back.

Fantastic hidden gem outside the city
Great place to stay if visiting Inverness for work or pleasure and is only a short drive back into the city

Suite was lovely , quiet on the side of the hotel. Bed comfy, pillows like bricks ! ( we bought new ones of our own to use the second night) Not enough towels , one bath towel between two of us for two night stay. Asked for extra one twice but never got. The staff were lovely, but appeared rushed off their feet. A disappointment really considering what we paid for the stay.

lights, yes, no!
everything was tpp quality except bedside lights which were a hassle finding the switches which are on the UNDERSIDE of the mounting and not on the faceplate as one would expect. Also, one of the reading lights kept going on and off most of the night; most irritating.

Hotel was great and comfortable. Only thing was we wished they had a smart tv so we could have streamed Netflix or Prime. The tv didn’t pick up much and only a couple of channels seemed to work but other than that it was great.

The Priory is well situated in Beauly for all local sevices.mour twin room was a gold size and well presented. The staff were friendly and helpfull. The eveninb meal and breakfasg ghe followinv morninv were excellent.

Check in was awful!! No linen so didn’t get into room until nearly 6 o’clock when should have been 2!!!Got an upgrade of room!! Only difference had patio doors & outside seating but only view was a blue container!! Not an upgrade that was expected!!
