Better than expected The pictures do not do justice to the accommodation. We were pleasantly surprised by how nice this place is. Very clean and comfortable, with charming people to look after your every need. The best b and b we have stayed in.

Old fashioned Hotel was very close to the railway station and very central to all amenities. Staff very friendly but you would think in a Scottish hotel you would have Scottish staff? No all foreign but very nice. Hotel defiantly needs an upgrade as skirting boards in corridors marked etc. Disabled room very good ...

With a landscape more dramatic than a teenage girl’s diary, featuring a certain Ben Nevis, it’s no wonder that the Scottish Highlands is every British skier’s go to. Find a top selection of ski hotels with the Expedia search tool and get ready to shred some snow.

Ski Resorts for Ski Hotel Guests

Glenshee is a huge centre, offering varied terrains for different levels of skiers and snow boarders. Its Glas Maol run is often said to be the best piste in Scotland!

Cairngorm Mountain Resort boasts guaranteed snow, that tends to lasts longer than other resorts around the country. A mountain railway takes visitors up piste and beers can be enjoyed at the Old Bridge Inn after skiing back down.

Families might prefer the Lecht Ski Centre, a quieter resort with great runs for kids and beginners. It is also part of the beautiful Cairngorms National Park, so you will be treated with extraordinary views while you learn the ropes.

Head to Nevis Range Mountain Resort for a real challenge, with an exciting back country terrain. The resort also offers back corrie workshops and freeride clinics. Stop off at the Pine Martin Cafe for a slice of cake afterwards, by the time you're done skiing, you'll deserve one.
