I am glad to hear that you also enjoyed breakfast. I do apologise that the fire alarm went off and interrupted your stay, leaving you feeling unsafe and unable to go to sleep. When the fire alarm went off that night at 1am there was only 2 members of staff in the building due to the unsocial hour and they will have needed to checkout the location of where the fire alarm was set off. I do apologise that you felt like you did not know what to do, but if not prior informed by reception of a drill please treat every fire alarm as a real situation and exit via the nearest fire door. I have passed your feedback onto our manager so that he can have a word with all members of staff in what to do in a fire alarm situation.
