The villa is in a prime position, with direct access to the sea and the beach, which are reachable by stepping through the terrace gate and a short wooden walkway. The villa is also within easy walking distance of some equipped beaches. La Rosa dei Venti consists of five cozy double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a spacious living area with kitchen, sitting room and a guest bathroom, it can accommodate 10 people and is perfect for large families or small groups of friends. The villa is tastefully furnished, provided with air conditioning, internet wi-fi, washing machine and dishwasher. The outdoor area, apart from the beautiful seafront terrace, has a second veranda and a BBQ area at the back of the house. La Rosa dei Venti is also the ideal base for visiting the baroque towns of Scicli, Modica, Ragusa Ibla and Noto, but also Marina di Ragusa with its clubs together with the other places of the Inspector Montalbano series such as Sampieri, Punta Secca and the Donnafugata Castle.
