I understand the concept of saving resources, but have never seen such a tiny glass protection on the shower. Meaning water splashing everywhere. Only one coffee machine for the entire breakfast room!! And that one broke! Long line for one cup of coffee, breakfast food was cold by the time we finally had a cup.

AC was not working for the last 2 nights we stayed there. We couldn’t sleep. Only breakfast was available. Bar and restaurant for lunch and dinner in hotel were closed.

I was very disappointed to find that I didn’t have a kettle in the room to make hot drinks , considering this hotel has a 4star rating I find this disappointing as someone that spend over 200 night a year in hotel room small things like this matter to me , and if I had payed €50 for the room I could possibly under stand this but I didn’t, I payed over €140 , and I did ask if they had a kettle that I could take to my room and they didn’t have one

The rooms were just the right size, and I loved the view. the complementary water and gummy bears were unexpected bonuses. The elevators were sometimes delayed for quite a while and signs to the stairs were not clear. The toilet would make a sound about every 15 minutes at night, which was probably only noticeable because of jet lag. The location was awesome. Would be glad to stay there again.

Hotel is very nice, clean, comfortable and particularly good value when it comes to price. It is a 15 minute walk to the old town. There is a parking garage right next to it and it makes it easy when arriving by car. I would recommend it!!!

The gym has a nice amount of exercise equipment. The room is quite small. No iron/ironing board as stated in room amenities. No coffee maker or tea pot. Breakfast was not worth the price! Not a lot of options. City center about a 20min walk, not bad.

We booked 2 nights for executive room but when we checked in they gave us a standard room instead. We talked to the reception staff they told us all the executive rooms were occupied and then they "upgraded" us to a suite which had better view. They should let us know when we checked in, not after we dragged all our luggages down to the front desk and asked them. The suite was ok but we booked the executive room just because we need the small kitchenette which the suite did not have. The breakfast buffet was well worth it for 12 euro though.

I enjoyed my time at the GHotel! The staff members were friendly and extremely helpful. They shared tips on the local happenings and how to get around to see all the sights. Great stay and I would highly recommend this hotel!

Good location. Quick check in. Could use room before stated check in time. Staff friendly. I was on the 7th floor which was nice although room overlooking the town would have been nicer. Cleanliness was excellent. Room a bit small but ok for a few nights. Only downside was that the room lighting was a bit sparse. Only a few wall lights and a couple of spotlights in the ceiling.

Business room was fairly small and had little lighting. Shower had no door making it difficult not to end up with a wet bathroom floor. The GHOTEL is a 5 minute walk away from the tram stop and 10 minute walk from the train and bus station but you can spend at least 5 minutes trying to get a lift down to the ground floor. The 3 lifts are the worst thing about the GHOTEL as there is no stair alternative, only an emergency exit, so if like us you are on the 3rd floor, you are waiting for a lift as they go past full of people from the 14 floors above you! This made our long weekend a total pain as we missed trams and spent too much time waiting around for lifts. It's so stupid that there are no stairs like normal hotels. I don't want to stay there again.

The hotel is a clean and modern property with minimal amenities in room (like an Ibis). But room size is large. There is no coffee maker in room (like typical European hotels). But the staff provide hot water if you ask. The location is within walking distance from the train station. There are bus stations with in 100m.
