Huge windows maximise the amazing views of the mountains from the bedroom. Views from bar/breakfast area on top of the hotel are fantastic. Great breakfast too. 10 min walk from Old Town and Golden Roof. Would definitely stay again.

Huge windows maximise the amazing views of the mountains from the bedroom. Views from bar/breakfast area on top of the hotel are fantastic. Great breakfast too. 10 min walk from Old Town and Golden Roof. Would definitely stay again.

A basic hotel for 4 stars, hotel and room in need of updating, breakfast was very good, that and the view were the highlight - the view really does save the hotel. We asked to book a taxi for the airport and were told all was booked and the next day to walk outside with all of our luggage (warning...if you have a lot of luggage there is no one to help, you may be lucky and get offered a trolley to use yourself). No taxi arrived so had to book a taxi via uber. Felt like most of the staff (except one very helpful lady) didn't really care. Overall, an over priced 3 star hotel that maybe once got 4 stars in a glory year but has been resting on its laurels ever since.

Stayed on 10th floor for one night before flight next day. Amazing view of city and mountains. Hotel central to everything and 10 minutes from airport. Very convenient with parking below. Staff really helpful and food from room service was first class. Will stay again next time in innsbruck.

Nice view in the room. However, the lighting in room is too dark. The mattress is too soft. Not all rooms have coffee machine. Shower is very good. There is a Service point in the building, but very limited facilities. Iron board and a microwave only. The breakfast at 12/F is superb, vast variety and delicious and of course amazing view.

The staff was very helpful and professional. Our stay was nice. The view from our particular room we had was ok but nothing to rave about. The views on terrace of restaurant were nice as well as on roof top terrace. A spa was included but sadly we were not able to take advantage of it due to time restraints. Over all enjoyed our stay.

Great central location and mountain views from the room. Rooftop restaurant had lovely views and delicious food. Staff were very friendly and accomodating, especially Paola in reception who helped resolve a problem with our room.

Warning! The reception closes early.
We stayed here a couple of years ago and enjoyed it, so booked again. However, this time we ended up arriving late, due to traffic and a spontaneous dinner, so didn’t arrive until 11-12pm, only to find the hotel was close. We couldn’t reach them by phone. On checking the small print, they say to let them know (24hrs notice) if you intend to arrive late. I’ve never seen such a policy at a big city hotel. This was a huge inconvenience, we were very tired. We ended up going to Austria Trend Hotel Congress Innsbruck, who have 24hr reception (like almost every hotel does). They were fantastic, the lady on duty was amazing. Before she went home, she contacted this hotel and asked them to refund me, saying a 4-star should not close. They allowed me to park outside the hotel too. In their favour, they did refund me. But don’t book if you’re not certain you will get there early.

This hotel provided what we needed as we travelled though using the trains and the station was a 2 min walk away. The view from our room was fantastic and the staff were helpful when called upon. We didnt really spend to much time in the hotel as we were out exploring the city and mountains for the majority of our time.

Was very impressed with the hotel. Very modern with amazing views from our room and the rooftop restaurant. Large room and bathroom and the Innsbruck Welcome card meant we could use city bikes and busses for free.

The rooms and 12th floor breakfast area have a phenomenal view. Wonderful selection for breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff! In walking distance to train station, old town, cable cars!

Great view. Pretty clean, but only problem - you can’t open windows. My husband has allergies and it affects him a lot (a lot of dust in the air). But over all we love the hotel and it was easy walk to everything we wanted to see

Extremely close to the Innsbruck train station. Beautiful hotel, clean room, fantastic views, heated floors in the bathroom! Sparkling wine in the room upon check in and a helpful staff who gave me directions. Near a lot do and a lot of dining options which are open til late. 10/10 recommend.

Not a comfortable stay
Hotel and room not very clean, problems with door key, extremely unhelpful and rude reception staff, rooms were ridiculously hot and stuffy not able to regulate even with thermostat, 4 nights stay room only cleaned twice not worth the price paid however roof top bar and restaurant staff very friendly and helpful
