A perfect place to switch off. In the morning, wake up to the birdsong and relax in the evening. An ideal place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city for a weekend or longer. From October 2017, the FeWo is ready for occupancy for the first time. The location is not only perfect, in about 25 minutes the still little sandy beaches of the Baltic Sea reach; the cities in the north can also be visited very quickly. The apartment is new in September 2017\. It is fully furnished, with everything you need for everyday life. The apartment is about 45 m² and has a separate entrance. This is additionally protected by a wind and weather protected anteroom. The dwelling-house includes a plot of about 3.000 m², on which there is also a private seating area with barbecue facilities for our guests. There you can stay undisturbed, whether for sunbathing or cozy barbecue evening. The kitchen is fully equipped. Towels and bed linen (based on arrival) can optionally be provided for a small fee. We are available as contact person, there are so many excursion possibilities and leisure activities in the area. Since we ourselves are very enterprising, we can give good tips here. Die sehr freundliche Vermieterin bot uns viele passende Tipps für den 2-wöchigen Urlaub nahe der Ostsee. Die Wohnung ist außerhalb des Orts in einer ganz kleinen Siedlung und daher sehr ruhig und mitten in der Natur. Es empfiehlt sich Räder mitzunehmen, da es sehr schön zum Radeln ist und so auch die besten und auch in Coronazeiten nahezu leeren Ostseestrände zu erreichen. Der Ort Schönberg bietet nahezu alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. In 15Min ist man in Trvemünde oder in Lübeck und ebenso schnell an Stränden. Es war rundum perfekt und absolut weiter zu empfehlen! Im Flur der Wohnung lagen 2 Teppiche die wir gleich entfernt haben. Diese waren schmutzig, voller Hundehaare und hatten einen strengen geruch (Hund). Ebenso ein Teppich im Wohnzimmer. Mit lüften, versprühen von Deo und einer Duftkerze konnten wir den Gerüchen etwas entgegensetzen. Allerdings wurde uns das dauerlüften per WhatsApp untersagt. Bevor wir eingezogen sind, wurde die Wohnung wahrscheinlich länger nicht geputzt. Sie war nicht sauber und tote Fliegen lagen auf der Fensterbank. Die Küche war einfach ausgestattet und alles vorhanden. Die Kaffeemaschine sah nicht sehr appetitlich aus. Das Bad war ok. Von einer 2017 renovierten Wohnung hätten wir mehr erwartet. Auf dem Vorhof lag auch schon mal ein Hundehaufen. Den erwischte Mann/Frau natürlich nachts wenn es dunkel war.
