It is a shared washer/dryer for all of our guests. ★ Before You Book ★ We are located in the heart of a downtown city area which means the building is susceptible to loud noises, sirens, music, anything you would typically find in a downtown city area. This charming historical building is also 125 years old with thinner walls. \-Please note that we DO NOT have parking on the premises. There is paid street parking available and we will provide apps and parking instructions to make your experience more convenient. \-This is a 3 story building so there are short flights of stairs. \-We have a strict NO SMOKING policy. Any indication of smoking will result in a $500 smoke removal & clean up fee.
