"Superb position close rail, bus, beach and shops"
Having parked the car for free at the hotel we did not need to use it. We had a de-luxe room with a small balcony, over the front entrance. The room was a good size, well decorated and fitted out, clean and it had an air cooler unit. Two sets of French windows allowed us to step onto the balcony but we could not sit on it.
We wonder if this small hotel is big enough to serve food in the evening. We ate there on the first night and while the choice was modest the food was good and good value. However the location meant that we had a big choice of places to eat at night, just a few minutes walk away.
The room and the hotel was quiet
With a Bentley parked next to our car we were confident that we had chosen the right hotel.
"Ideal location for south cliff, spectacular views!"
Very efficient staff, impressed breakfast, parking and use of spa all included in room price. Quiet area, great view of the bay from the dining room, but a stone's throw from cliff lift to access The Spa Complex and beach.
My husband and I chose this b & b because we were attending a family reunion nearbye. We were not disappointed. The room was very comfortable. The only slight draw back was the bathroom which was very narrow. The sitting room was lovely and I was amazed that the owners had been trusting enough to leave drinks out with an honesty box. Restored my faith in the public. The breakfast was excellent and I couldn't fault anything with the food. I would have no hesitation in recommending this accomodation.

Our room was a premier overlooking the sea, it was small but we had no problems with it. They are upgrading the rooms gradually and some looked quite nice. Being an old hotel it needs work, but I would stay there again.
