The abundance of nearby bars and restaurants is a definite plus, yet the area remains pleasantly quiet. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the owner's communication was prompt and helpful. While the location and overall experience were very positive, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The parking was not adjacent to the property, requiring a 5-10 minute walk depending on street parking availability. Additionally, the bathroom was quite small.
