Arrived at the cottage to find that it hadn't been cleaned from the previous people that had stayed. So dirty towels, dirty bath/shower, floors dirty, rubbish left around, beds not changed. Obviously this is disgusting and put a big dampener on our holiday with our 2 year old. Spoke to someone eventually after trying all the phone numbers and was told that the place would be cleaned if we left for tea/dinner and returned later.Took us over an hour of phone calls and spoke to 3 different people to arrange cleaning. Still not cleaned as no one available apparently... was cleaned after we left the next morning, so 1 night ruined completely. Was eventually offered £75 total refund on 2 nights at £290, which I believe was a poor refund but was the best I could receive I was told. Would definitely not recommend as the staff clearly don't communicate well with guests or each other.
