    Not a very happy person

The only good thing about this hotel is the surroundings.the room we stayed in was a box room no windows scruffy and smelt fusty.dripping taps broken chair very very dissatisfy the staffwhere Not helpful asked for another pillow but never got it .one 1bath towel .the lift was smelly and scary it was like living in a cold cellar.our room was changed when we booked in dont no it needs sorting only stayed two nights couldn’t Stand it any longer .and to top it all off got a parking ticket need more parking spaces .Hated the room !!!!!!!!!! Needs updating.my husband says he’s stayed in cleaner truck stops .the bed was lumpy didn’t see the light of day till we got 3 floors up to the reception.never again .if we ever did think of staying at the (grand hotel ) I would ask for a bigger room with a window I wouldn’t mind paying a little more .but we was thrown in a very tiny room and for £88 I expected a little window .

I didn’t like the cleaning what had been done. No soap in the shower. Broken chair and table.
