Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast

Great location. Loved the restaurant. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Parking can be a bit of a challenge. Would recommend this property and would stay here again.

Blocked off parking, toilet was clogged, rooms were hot

I left something valuable behind in our room upon check out (800.00 value). I called 2 days later when I realized I didn't have the item and the front desk was able to determine from housekeeping that it was indeed located 2 days earlier upon check-out. While I am appreciative that housekeeping set the item aside, a call to the phone number on file for the reservation (before 2 days had passed!) would have been the appropriate customer service response - especially given the value of the item (which would have been obvious to the hotel). I asked reception when I picked up the item the following day why no one called me first if it was noted days earlier right after we checked out. Front desk reception noted that a call is not typically placed unless the person checking out calls the hotel first. Disappointed with that lack of customer service.
