Now w/ Fiber-Optic Wifi. A new, modern, clean, and comfortable 3 bdr, 3 bath terraced condo in a lush safe complex--1 block from the clean and uncrowded north end of Sayulita beach. A saltwater infinity pool with unbeatable ocean view; the only tennis court in Sayulita; a private shady roof terrace & outdoor kitchen w/ view of the surf break and Monkey Mtn, 65"TV, a/c, indoor kitchn, washer/dryer, car & golfcart parking, reduced footprint solar powered--3 min walk to beach and 10 to plaza.
The space
Casa Colorado's is a 3 bd 3 bath condominium with a private rooftop terrace. We have two king beds and two twins (that can be adjoined if necessary). Fine white 100% cotton linens, fully stocked kitchen with all-clad cookware and a finished outdoor dining/bbq/sitting area under the pergola—next to a giant Higuera Blanca tree. We have an outdoor shower up top as well. Private golf cart parking/plug-in inside the property. Condominios Monterosa has Sayulita’s only tennis court.

All common spaces (tennis court, pool, pool deck, pool bathroom/outdoor shower, gardens) are open to residents and renters only.
Other things to note
The neighborhood is very safe and the beach and ocean down from Monterosa is clean. Tide can be strong and waves can be big but it's rock free and safe for good swimmers.
