Staff were courteous and always accommodating. Rooms were clean. Breakfast superb. Location within easy reach of city centre via bus, and Neustadt areas also via bus. 24/7 counter staff which was useful because we didn't arrive from Berlin until 1 a.m. Flixbus terminus 12 minute walk away at Dresden Neustadt Station.

Beautiful property, it was a pleasureful stay.
It was a bit warm at night while sleeping but other than that, we loved it! Good good and beverage.
