Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Oil underfloor central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Welcome pack. Tennis court (shared with owner). Lawned garden with sitting-out area, garden furniture and gas barbecue. 1 small dog welcome. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: There is an unfenced pond in the garden, 50 yards away. . Barn End Cottage is a luxurious semi-detached barn conversion set in the grounds of the owner’s home, and was completely renovated in 2019. It is all on the ground floor and wherever possible the owners have retained the barns original features. On approach, you will come up a private drive flanked by natural paddocks. The property is ahead of you with originally styled shutter doors over the floor to ceiling windows. The open plan living space is light and airy with beams but equally cosy with the wood burner. To the back of the barn you can enjoy the private garden with a sun terrace. In the grounds, guests can enjoy walks but also have access to the owner’s tennis court.

Here, you are hidden away in the Suffolk countryside and excellently located to explore this superb area, with the historic market towns of Framlingham and Saxmundham close by. Cycling and walking are well catered for here, with lovely countryside trails to explore and beautiful scenery along the way. The coast is equally close by with Southwold, Thorpeness and Aldeburgh a short drive away or accessible via public transport. You will not be lost for things to see and do in this beautiful location. There is also a popular local pub a short walk away. Beach 8½ miles. Shop and restaurant 2 miles, pub ¼ mile.
