Hot tub wasn’t working(freezing cold) and no robes in my room. Need bigger roller carts and cheaper or free parking. Other than that the room, view, amenities were excellent.

Room was very cold and drafty. On arrival the reception tried to charge us more for the room, for a “city view” which was what we had selected on Expedia when booking. The rooftop bar, in the winter is not open and the indoor bar has no view. The cocktail bar in the lobby is lovely and the service was excellent.
Breakfast is available in Land&Lake on the ground floor. And is good. You can also get a To-Go coffee from them.

The staff! Each staff were helpful, present and with great service. Kudos to Shea at the front desk as she was warm in her greetings, answered all my questions, and most of all a kind, helpful person. Great staff!
Rooms always clean, always well prepared. They are transitioning from Virgin so updating g cafes etc. Didn’t notice.
