It was nice resort but can be improved in certain areas. Might be back

Lack of a swimming pool and sauna was a complete bummer. Although this may have been mentioned in their website, I wish the hotel had the courtesy to price down to compensate. I would not recommend this resort unless you plan to stay for 3-4 nights. Its vast, requires constant hailing of the cab service. PNF restaurant - while the food was good and the staff friendly, be warned that the place was full of mosquitoes. The other thing was that we were promised room with a view, unfortunately wasn’t to be. To add, it was a cold night and lack of room heating was disappointing. The staff were excellent and friendly.

Excellent property and excellent views, great ambience outside the room, externally everything looks and feels like a luxury resort. Inside the room is not pleasant, everything is low class / middle class. Service is near zero. No room service not even can you ask for a favor to be brought to the room, like a beer or a sprite. Food spread & quality is very average. Breakfast finishes at 9-30 am, so you can’t be lazy at this resort if you want breakfast. Restautant and reception area ambience is zero, but once again, outside views are great.

We were upgraded to a suite by the General Manager, which offered a breathtaking valley view. We truly enjoyed the experience and greatly appreciated the thoughtful gesture.
