Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom (with bath). Wifi (fiber optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The studio is made up as follows  
\- A living room with double sofa bed, TV, dining area  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.  
\- Bathroom with bath, washing machine and WC  
  
The studio is ideally located in Savigny-le-Temple, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, shopping centres, restaurants, swimming pool, sports complexes, lakes and cycle paths...  
  
Transportation:  
If you choose to come by car, you'll be able to park directly in the private parking space in the basement, as well as in another private parking space outside in the residence.  
  
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:  
\- RER D line Paris-Melun: Savigny-le-Temple-Nandy station 350 m away  
\- 24 min from Paris Gare de Lyon by RER  
\- Nearest airport: Paris-Orly 40 km away (about 35 minutes by car)
