### Spectacular Ocean View Villa!

Talk about Location, Location, Location! Surfside Villa Dominicalito is uniquely located on a lush terraced hillside with a breathtaking 180 degree white wash view where you can watch the birds and monkeys all day. Surfside Villa Dominicalito is located inside the gated community of Canto del Mar (Song of the Sea) which many regard as the “best location in town.” It is a 10-minute walk to Playa Dominicalito and minutes from shopping, restaurants, and tourist attractions.  
The space  
This 1500 square-foot villa has two bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths. The top floor has a spacious and bright living space with a kitchen, lounge area, and dining room. Oversized sliding glass doors flow into a large balcony and covered terrace. Including your own private pool perfect for outdoor entertaining and wildlife viewing, with frequent sightings of toucans, sloths, Scarlett macaws, and a variety of other birds and yes, monkeys. As you head downstairs to the first floor, you’ll find a bonus room, the laundry room and two bedrooms. Each bedroom includes an ocean and jungle view, a private bathroom and covered balconies.  
Guest access  
Welcome to one of the most secure neighborhoods in Costa Rica. Only guests will be allowed into the neighborhood, which is guarded by a security guard at the entrance 24/7. Once inside the neighborhood, you’ll have your own little piece of paradise with your own private pool and parking. Can’t wait to have you visit!!

There may be some unforeseen issues with the amenities i.e. water outage, Internet outage, electricity, however that is not grounds for a refund.  
  
This property is in a very bio diverse area of the world, there may be bugs or reptiles that can enter the house from time to time, however this is not grounds for a refund.
