The location is ideal for walking in the historic district - it’s an 5 min walk to Forsyth Park - yet the neighborhood is quiet. It’s about a 12-15 min walk to river street. A car isn’t necessary if your staying in the general area but the private parking spot is nice and there’s plenty of off street parking around the building. The interior of the apartment was nicely furnished but didn’t exactly match the pics. We expected a 2nd sofa but was told it was not allowed due to being an accessible unit. It ended up being fine since it was just me and my husband, but had we been with a larger group, seating in the living room would have been challenging. Overall, the unit is well appointed, kitchen is well stocked and we would recommend staying there. It appears there are other units available in the building to rent and you can likely rent for less money through their site directly. I will say the walls are a bit thin. We were on a first floor unit and could hear the family above us walking. The property company is also new to Savannah and has a few kinks to work out (there was a beeping sound that went off outside all night, lights in our ceiling fans didn’t work, parking fob wasn’t where it was supposed to be, assignment of parking spaces wasn’t followed by all renters, etc.), but overall, great unit that was comfortable and well furnished, responsive management company and ideal location.
