The hot tub was a great feature for our trip, easily accessible and kept at a good temperature. We overall enjoyed our trip, but it lacked a very basic items that required a lot of back and forth with the property team:- the wrong Wi-Fi password, took them 2 days to give us the correct one (which required a visit?)- plenty of bowls, cups, and plates- but only 6 spoons, 6 forks, and 8 knives - very odd for a home that sleeps 10- the side gate was broken with the knob sitting on the ground - someone had to come out to fix it so that the backyard wasn't accessible to anyone walking around.- light bulbs were out around the property- the front door lock stopped working and wouldn't stop buzzing at us - this required another visit.Overall, we had to have 4 visits from the property team while we were there for 7 days. Pros:- plenty of towels- lots of plates, cups, bowls- comfortable mattresses and good quality bedding- 25 minute walk to downtownIt was a lot of communication for a house that was already costing a lot of .
