The rich hardwood flooring, crown molding, and high ceilings are complimented with sophisticated-yet-comfortable furnishings, creating an inviting space for guests to relax. In true Savannah style, you’ll enter this home on the “second” floor to find an opening living and dining space, perfect for entertaining! The modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and a conveniently located TV you can watch while cooking or enjoying your coffee. Just off of the kitchen is a sitting room with double glass doors leading to a private back porch overlooking the courtyard. Upstairs you’ll find three roomy, bright, and stylish bedrooms. The first bedroom has a comfortable king bed and TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. With two twin beds and a chalkboard, the second bedroom is perfect for children. The shared bathroom has a glass enclosed shower and waterfall shower head. The Primary Bedroom features a King sized, four poster bed, an en suite with a shower and tub, and an envy-worthy walk-in closet. Our daughter and son-in-law have a 1.5yr old and 3yr old. Our son brought his girl friend.We had plenty of space across this property using all 3 floors.The location allowed us to walk to many attractions and dinner downtown. After being there, we could have been a little closer to the river, but the proximity of the park was a huge plus.The property manager checked in on us from pre-arrival to post-departure and answered any/all questions during our visit.We had a wonderful week and would recommend the unit for others.Btw, we actually had 3 cars and they fit in the back parking with no issues. ##### Jason P. The website says space for 2 cars, but if your cars are regular size, 3 can fit. The house is very spacious and easily accommodated our family gathering of 8\. Location is great, we were able to walk almost everywhere. The rental company Lucky Savannah hosts this property and they were amazing to deal with. Overall, the house "looked" clean, but there were dead roaches in several areas of the house. The backyard is nice, but the chairs had no cushions and there were leaves everywhere. There was also a nail sticking out of the wood floor in one of the upstairs bedrooms that my daughter cut herself on, so be careful and walk around w/shoes on-definitely a safety hazard. However, if marketed for 6 adults, there should be comfortable inside seating for 6 (or more) adults. If not for the porch, and the extra camp chairs, we would not have been able to sit and visit as a family. Nowhere to have a meal, and no place to even set a cup of coffee. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a nice house. Loved the location. Ceiling fans in 2 of the king bedrooms were loud like remote control airplanes- unable to use them . There was a floor fan in the master which led me to believe they were aware of this issue. Floor fan was shorter than the height of the bed so not a good substitute. My 28 year old daughter stayed in the bottom level king room with the other loud fan. Reviewer Comments: Large house in a great location, with parking! Almost all the amenities you can think of. We rented both the upper, 3BR 2 & 1/2 Bath and the lower, 2BR 1 Bath for our group. Reviewer Comments: When we pulled up to the home on Gaston we immediately were in awe at the size and ease of getting into the home. My family loved the area and how close it was to attractions and all the space we had to spread out and join together. Firstly, the house and fixtures are beautiful, everything was as described in the profile advertisement. The home fit 9 people easily , with two kitchens and enough bathroom space to allow for easy morning rituals as we prepped to explore. This home allowed us to make this giant family vacation a memorable experience. The one drawback to the home, which is most likely due to the massive amount of humidity and was remedied by Febreeze was the house had a smell of mildew when we arrived. All in all I would recommend this home to any travelers and hope to return. ##### Iredean M. The home was exactly as described! Clean, updated and spacious. The location could not have been more perfect either. We were walkable to all of the historic sites and wonderful shopping and restaurants and a few blocks from beautiful Forsyth Park, which we enjoyed walking every morning. The management staff was very communicative and responsive to our questions as well.
