Bed was too high! I had to sleep in chair first night and second night I had to use the chair to get into the bed. Very disappointed. Everything else was great except the person in room 101. They kept knocking on the wall and hitting it. Woke me up one hitting it.

the staff was not friendly and the rooms loo dirty and outdated. I lie the price, i neded to return for another week abd decided to pay more at a hampton than to stay there again. if on a crunch i might stay there but highly unlikely

Room had bit of an odor. Wasn’t strong and with AC it kind of filtered out. The term “breakfast” was misleading, as it was more of a low grade continental setup.

The staff was amazing !!!
The room stunk of mildew and cigarette smoke, the water pressure was TERRIBLE!!!!
The bed appeared to be clean and made. When I pulled the sheets back the bed smelled and had dirt/sand between the sheet and comforter. The kitchen area in the lobby was clean and the coffee was good. They staff had placed bottled water in the refrigerator.

They have charged me twice. Total amount for two days stayed and another non-stayed day. This is unacceptable as a valued and returning customer. Hope to see this corrected very soon !
