Staff were very friendly, rooms were nice and the surrounding area was fine. But if you are drawn in by the hot-tub/pool and looking for a nice breakfast; those were disappointing. The pool area is right in the lobby which was a bit awkward, but could have been overlooked except the hot tub was cold and the pool was like bathwater. For the price and rating of the hotel I was hoping for something like eggs (which I have had at other local hotels that are half the price), so the options were cold cereal, yogurt, toast and waffles were disappointing. The 'gym' was one treadmill and one set of 30 lb dumbells in a tiny room.

We were greeted by a very friendly staff person upon entering. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The room was large with a sofa and fridge along with a desk. Largest negatives shower was really bad. Just left and it was the worst hotel we have stayed at. The metal “boxes” that the beds are on make loud noises every time anyone moves. Please have a manager with a family try to sleep in room 216; the mattresses are comfortable but the beds make so much noise. The walls are so thin, we spent the night listening to the TV next door and the crying baby at the other end of the hall. When we checked in we were told 24 hour coffee. When we left at 6:30am, there was none. Overall not clean. Terrible stay.

This place is so run down. The pool water was green and couldn’t even see the bottom. Bed are very uncomfortable, and breakfast has much to be desired.

Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean. We had 3 rooms. Ac was not great in 218. Room was stuffy. Hot tub was broke again. One of the reasons we stay there all the time.

The property is not aging well. My toilet ran all night and it was loud. The door to the room did not close. I had to tug on it to get it to close properly. The hotel looks fairly new but is not aging well. It is pretty far from downtown.

The original room was not clean. The smell was pungent. The people in the adjoining room were noisy and rowdy. We asked to be moved which they did. The next room wasn’t much better. Glue residue was all over the closet door where the mirror was missing. The hallway carpet was dirty. We decided to head home and not to stay another night.
