We were in town to tour SCAD. This charming rental was clean and perfectly located close to everything we needed. The SCAD tour started less than a block from this home. Also located a block away from Forsyth Park, which is a beautiful area. We found it easier to use Uber to get around than drive. Uber was very convenient and affordable. The rents was nice, the kitchen had everything we could want, and the beds were comfortable. The only complaint was hearing the upstairs renters walking around. It was clean and cute with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We parked on the street right outside the front door and left our cars there for the whole weekend. Lots of places to visit within about a 15 minute walk and you can walk to the riverfront within about 30 minutes. Thanks for a great visit! ##### Leigh C. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great for this rental! However, it needs a deep clean and some maintenance. It was clean but it needs a good deep clean. Dust and dirt built up behind things and under beds. Very cute space, a little TLC would make it great. Washer was not working well and door was falling off track. ##### Nancy A.
