Plenty of space for all four of us, nice large kitchen, and we loved having the pool out back. In my opinion it is the perfect distance from downtown, close enough to walk but far enough away that you don't have to deal with the traffic or difficulty finding parking. Savannah is a great city! It is a very old city so the buildings are all very old as well. This was a very well kept old home turned into a few condos. David the propery owner responded quickly when there was any issue and fixed it promptly. We loved the place so much we stayed in 2 of our nights for game nights and dinner at home. We enjoyed the location, Kroger (with Starbucks) and Dollar Tree within block and 1/2\. Nice location away from the hustle and bustle of Savannah but very convenient at the same time. House is a perfectly cute. We cooked breakfast every morning in the well equipped kitchen. The only full bath is off back bedroom but nice bathroom. Half bath is in the from entryway. It was very nice with a pool. My parents said the bed in the Master bed room was uncomfortable but other than that it was very nice. My bed was very comfortable. It’s a perfect place for younger people but it had some steps in the house that were hard for my parents to get around.
