Loved the location and the front desk worker was very helpful! Our door to our room didn't seal very well and we could see light from the hallway all the way around the door. Other than that, it was a very nice hotel.

The rooms lack places to hang tieels and plugs are half hanging out of the wall. Shower head was loose in the shower.

The hall way carpet was extremely dirty. The rooms are remodeled but already show wear. The microwave display didn’t work. The water pressure was very low and the water temperature was hot one day and not the next. It’s an ok place to stay but not for the price paid.

Property was ok, but dont expect much. Room was nice enough but not really clean. Shower was hard to figure out how to get hot water and had to get clean sheets as one bed had hair all over it when we got there. Evening front desk clerk was not friendly at all however morning clerk was.

Pam was the most helpful and friendly staff member. She was very accommodating and let us check in 2 hours early. She also suggested places for us to visit. We did have some qualms with our room. Walls are very thin and we could hear people upstairs and in the hallway talking. The water in the shower was not regulated. Either very hot or very cold. No extra hooks in the bathroom for towels. The TV was very glitchy and had trouble logging into streaming accounts. The one side of the bed had a big lump in it. We had to sleep on one side of the bed. Lacking in decor. But it was convenient to be close to the beach and places to eat.

Only stayed 1 night. Place was clean. Parking is very limited so if you don’t have to move your vehicle I would find a spot and stay. Beach access is 1 block away. Not sure if there was elevator or not. We stayed on 2nd floor view of the steet. Breakfast across the street and bar also across street. No breakfast only coffee.

When we arrived at the front door, two women were exiting and immediately lit cigarettes. As we passed them, one of them asked if we were checking-in? I said yes, and she begrudgingly put out her cigarette. What employees at a hotel smoke right near the front door? After checking in, I used the restroom downstairs-completely disgusting, looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. Then, as we're walking up the stairs in the corridor to go to our room, overwhelming smell of marijuana all the way to our room. We're with our young kids, so we're obviously concerned. We open our door to our room, and it smells overwhelmingly of cleaner and scent(glade/lysol) It's so strong, it's burning our eyes within 60 seconds of entering the room. Clearly being used to cover up Pot smell. My wife and I discuss for about another minute or two without touching anything in the room, and decide it's unacceptable to stay with our kids there. We immediately head back down stairs to inform the front desk. This time, there's a completely different person behind the desk - and she's dressed inappropriately to be working in a hotel (seductively is a nice way). My wife tells her about the issues, and for the reasons listed already, that we would not be able to stay. She agreed and said she doesn't "really even work here" and would leave a note for the manager and he would call us in the morning. Finally heard back today, and they declined our refund after the woman up front agreed. Unreal

Walkable to ocean pier restaurants shopping and short drive to grocery store. Hotel remodeled since last stay And very nice inside and out. Would prefer to have some type of breakfast available. Covid epidemic is over. Time to move on !!! Had trouble with one staff member one day. Put a black eye on this property. Everyone else was great.

We enjoyed a 2 night stay. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable - my two biggest priorities! We were given a room close to the lobby. I won't do that again. Too noisy with staff chatting and everyone in the hall passing by. The shower in our room looked beautiful but didn't function very well because of loose handles and only a small amount of water coming from the rain shower head. I don't think the pool was open so I don't know anything about that. I would definitely stay here again.
